Mirrors surround us — in people, their stories — reflecting back to us our likeness, our essential at-oneness. Oneness is simply the realization that even though we all appear to be separate entities, playing out our own storylines, we’re actually just many facets, or expressions, of the One.
When we look into the mirrors around us — friends, family, co-workers, nature, even those we don’t necessarily get along with — there’s always an opportunity.
Every moment can be our teacher if we’re open to it.
Argue with challenges or befriend them — the choice is yours
We must understand — and take responsibility — that it is we, ourselves, creating our own suffering. Once we can accept this, we activate our personal empowerment to create a better quality of life for ourselves.
Musings on Spirituality and ‘The Spiritual Path’
Contrary to popular belief, ‘the spiritual path’ is actually magnificently ordinary, and that’s its secret sauce.
Struggle is a choice
Challenges are a part of life. It’s how you respond to challenges that determines your state of inner peace and wellbeing.
You can’t fail at meditation
You can’t fail at meditation because there’s no goal in meditation.
The Truth About Excuses
Excuses are a form of self-sabotage. Making excuses for ourselves keeps us ‘playing small’ and prevents us from expressing our gorgeous, fullest potential in our life. When we make excuses, we're rejecting invitations for healing and growth.
The OM Journal Archives
A collection of my personal reflections, articles, and essays written between 2018 and 2020.
These journal entries are personal reflections on the spectrum of human experience. Observations of all the myriad ways love, beauty and truth express themselves and offer their teachings in my everyday life.
They’re meant to inspire and evoke your own realizations.
